This year and every year our school supports the Christmas Shoebox Appeal. It's run by Team Hope. these shoeboxes including toys, colours etc. are sent to Eastern Europe, former Soviet Union and Africa. Since Team Hope have started this event they have delivered almost 2.8 million shoeboxes. Some of the families who receive these shoeboxes live on less than €1 a day. Altogether this year our school had 260 shoeboxes. Ms. Brady's class were the class with the most. They had 23 shoeboxes.

Well done to Ms. Foley's class and the two boys from Mr. Ryan's class who helped collect the boxes on Friday morning. See below for more pictures from the day.
