To celebrate Catholic Schools Week and the feast of St. Brigid’s, St. Corban’s held a mass at The Church of Irish Martyrs, Ballycane, today, Tuesday, 3rd February 2026. The ceremony was truly special, filled with beautiful singing, uplifting music, and meaningful prayers. We are grateful to Ms. Kelly for organising this annual event, and a special thanks to Fr. Yohan Fernando, our school’s patron, for delivering such an inspiring message.
The children also created wonderful St. Brigid’s Day artwork, including St. Brigid’s crosses, and learned the song “We Sing a Song to Brigid,” which they performed so beautifully during our School Mass.
